Trying to find a job right now is not easy (note to my friends still in school: BIDE YOUR TIME).

On Tuesday, I drove to Kansas City and hand-delivered four resumés, three to television stations, and one to a local production house. I feel a lot better actually putting my resumé into someone's hand, rather than leaving the umpteenth voicemail message.

Without going into too much detail, it's safe to say I've found my dream job, so everyone, please cross your fingers for me. (Meyers, I see you, with your non-crossed fingers. I'll remember that.)

When I'm bored, I photoshop.

So, this was kind of an unplanned redesign of this site.

After I accidentally deleted all the graphics for the old layout, I decided now was as good a time as any to redo it. The old design was getting a little stale anyway. Currently, only the résumé and contact links work, but the rest will again soon. I promise.

For any prospective employers who may be visiting this site as a result of the many résumés I've sent out over the past two months, here is a list of jobs I am fully capable of performing:

-producing
-associate producing
-associate associate producing
-videography
-non-linear digital editing
-writing
-photography
-photo editing & retouching
-film production
-film viewing*
-film rewinding
-design & layout
-cooking**
-cleaning
-driving
-not driving
-stamp licking
-setting up stereos
-doodling
-relationship therapy

In other news, Snarbles.com also received a major reworking, however, it was fully intentional.

The pictures of the apartment are forthcoming, as I've promised in the last few updates. They may not be all that great, as my digital camera was once owned by Ghandi himself.
